(4-bit, 8-bit)
The DMS Series (4-bit, 8-bit) optical data transmission devices enable parallel I/O data to be transmitted quickly and reliably over short distances. Typical applications include automated guided vehicles (AGV), rail-guided vehicles (RGV), overhead hoist transfer (OHT) systems and skillet conveyors where a wireless link is provided between the vehicle and a fixed docking station. Through a pulse-modulated light beam these transceivers can send 4 or 8-bit signals from active to passive sides.

Short-range transmission distances - 0.5m to 3m
Compact size with two types of optical axis mounting (Head-on, Side-on)
