YLM-10LX
The YLM-10LX solid-state LiDAR sets a new standard for 3D sensing in factory automation and industrial robotics. Using Lumotive’s Light Control Metasurface (LCM) beam steering technology, this sensor provides robust durability, exceptional field-of-view, and adaptability for both short and long-range performance requirements. With LCM-enabled 3D sensing, complex obstacle detection and navigational tasks in AGV/AMR, forklift and service robot applications are easily maneuvered. A single laser line is scanned vertically and received line by line, thus reducing multipath interference while stabilizing distance measurement compared to TOF cameras. Unconstrained by the motion, reliability and calibration of mechanical parts, a purely responsive solid-state solution is offered in real time.
Applications
Field of view
110° Horizontal (fixed) x 90° Vertical (adjustable)

This sensor is a 3D LiDAR developed in collaboration with Lumotive, a U.S.-based company. Utilizing the polarization properties of liquid crystal, it achieves 3D environmental recognition through its unique beam steering technology, LCM (Light Control Metasurface), without using any mechanical moving parts.
